Hi,

We have discovered that our ERP will only accept invoice character length up to 20 characters. Our instance of Concur Invoice will accept greater than 20 characters, and then as invoices are imported into our ERP, all the characters after the 20th are deleted.

Is it possible to restrict the number of characters input in Concur Invoice for Invoice Number?

@ChristianE Check out the screenshot below. Looks like you can limit this field. However, if you do not have permissions to access Forms and Fields, then SAP Concur will need to do this for you.
