Is anyone else facing an performance issue Latency of 30 sec or more for the past 1 month or so - when opening Approval flow or searching for authorized approver or saving invoices , submitting invoices .This is affecting all of our users .Concur did something on their end and the issue was resolved for a couple of days but its back with a vengeance .
Concur tech support is saying its to do with the huge number of authorized approvers and to change our workflow configuration .We haven't had any huge increase in our authorized approvers so not sure why the issue now.
Please advise .
