Error 5504 when importing purchase orders in Concur

We are using SFTP for importing PO information into Concur we are getting the following error message.

There was an error importing purchase order P589350 .
Error Code: 5504 ; Error Message: The purchase order status code is invalid, CLSD or TRAN or blank are the valid input for import

Hi @westur999 ,

While importing PO you must be passing some wrong value under Purchase Order import 'Status of Purchase Order' column (Record 200, PO header, Column no. 23).

 Below are the acceptable values. Try updating the status of Purchase Order Column by either TRAN or CLSD value and re-import.
