Can you explain what is the effect of enabling the below settings under Invoice Settings link.

'Enable Change Order'

If we have any guide to the same, please provide the link.

@Karthikhemadri this allows you to make changes to an already transmitted Purchase Order.

Hi @KevinD 

Thanks for that. I have tested few scenarios where this will work only for transmitted PO's and can make changes to order by PO Creator. Also see no option to make changes to Unit price/quantity.

Do you have any guide on this?

@Karthikhemadri the Unit price/quantity...have these line items been processed? If so, those cannot be edited.

That's correct, only transmitted POs can have a Change Order & only the PO creator can request a Change Order. Currently, existing PO lines cannot be edited on a Change Order, but additional lines can be requested/added to the PO.
