Can't view invoice image

Hello there. I didn't find this same issue in an existing thread, apologies if I overlooked it. This is an issue I never experienced before. From Invoice > Processor > Process Invoices > Search, find and drill into a specific record > Click on the link View Invoice.  At this point I keep getting the error message: "

Application Error
Unexpected System Error. Please try your action one more time. If you encounter the error again, please forward all information, including the events leading to the system error, to your Expense administrator."
 
Any known issues? Thank you.

 It shows as a known issue on the service status dashboard, https://open.concur.com so they should be addressing it.  Seems we always have unexpected errors & system issues around the 1st of the month which is very frustrating.
