SAP Concur mobile UI for invoice is confusing for end users!
We currently have SAP Concur Expense and going live in a couple of months with SAP Concur Invoice. We were testing mobile functionality in our test environment and it looks like there is a serious design flaw in the SAP Concur mobile app.
For Invoice users, the 'Approval' option shows all:
- Expense Approvals
- Invoice Approvals
- Invoice Submission
Invoice Submission is not an approval process and should not appear under the 'Approval' option. It should have its own option for Invoice just like the Expense. This is very confusing for the end-users. Only 'approvers' should have access to 'Approvals' option in SAP Concur mobile app.
Is this currently only in the test environment or both test and production?
