Hi Amanda,

Good day!

After reviewing our system capabilities, we've confirmed that we unfortunately can't add the Receiver Number or Matched to Receipt field to the Processor view.

To help with this, we can set up a custom "Receiver Number" field in the Invoice Header. Please note that the value would need to be entered manually each time.

Let me know if you'd like to move forward with this workaround.

@acctproject where do these two fields appear? I was looking at your Forms and Fields and didn't see fields named with these two labels. 

Can you provide a screenshot, please? Be sure to screenshot the entire screen.

This SAP Concur Support response indicates a limitation in the Invoice Processor interface, not necessarily a problem with your integration.

Even if Receiver Number and Matched to Receipt are successfully transmitted into SAP Concur Invoice, that does not automatically mean those fields are available for display in the Processor view.

Why can't the fields be added?

1. Integration data vs. UI fields: A field may be received and stored without being available as a configurable Processor column.
2. Processor view limitations: The view supports only certain fields exposed by SAP Concur.
3. Custom field workaround: Support is proposing a manually populated Invoice Header field rather than displaying the existing integrated value.
