Why did you move the columns around? Why don't you ASK users what would be helpful to us instead of forcing us to use a system designed by someone Who Doesn't even Use The Program. Maddening.

Kevin,

Taking away the Clone option, DL flights showing up as first class or not at all, four clicks for a filter (car & Hotel) that was one, NO OPTION TO PRINT? Segments not in the correct date order in the GDS so tickets never issue. No Bueno, to name only a handful of problems.

I understand your frustration.

Changes to column layouts and navigation can significantly affect productivity, especially for employees who use

SAP Concur every day.

While interface updates are generally intended to improve usability, they can create challenges when familiar workflows and screen layouts are changed without sufficient flexibility.

I would recommend submitting this feedback through your organization's SAP Concur Administrator or SAP Concur Support, specifically requesting:

The ability to customize column order and visibility.
Options to save personalized screen layouts.
Greater involvement of end users in interface design and usability testing.
Advance communication and guidance before major interface changes.

It would also help to identify which screen was changed, such as Expense Reports, Available Expenses, or the Processor interface, so the feedback can be directed to the appropriate product team.

User Feedback is particularly valuable when it explains how a change affects daily processing efficiency.

I hope SAP Concur considers providing greater flexibility for users to personalize their workspace.
