Why did you move the columns around? Why don't you ASK users what would be helpful to us instead of forcing us to use a system designed by someone Who Doesn't even Use The Program. Maddening.

Taking away the Clone option, DL flights showing up as first class or not at all, four clicks for a filter (car & Hotel) that was one, NO OPTION TO PRINT? Segments not in the correct date order in the GDS so tickets never issue. No Bueno, to name only a handful of problems.
