Q - How will processor know which PR or Invoice would need urgent attention?
Workaround -
We need some identifier for such requests such as a custom field to capture (urgent attention - Yes/No) and if selected yes then send email notification to review the same.
With this same identifier we can also create separate approval / review queue in processor screen to filter such PR/Invoices.
