Unable to search for HCPs vendor code

Hello.

 

I am trying to search for vendor code for HCPs in the system to proceed with paying honorarium.

I am currently able to search for HCOs, but HCPs are still unavailable and the error message is "no value".

Kindly request for any suggestion or guideline. Thank you.

Hi @miatseng , 

 

I recommend raising an IT support ticket or reaching out to your local Concur administrator to confirm whether the HCP vendor records have been imported into Concur.

  • If the records are not yet imported, you can request that they be added to the system.
  • If the records have been imported but are still not visible, the issue may be related to vendor access mapping, which limits access to specific vendor groups for certain employee groups.

Example:

  • HCO vendor list may be accessible only to HCO employees.
  • HCP vendor list may be accessible only to HCP employees.

Note: This is an optional configuration and may differ between companies based on internal policies. You should verify the setup with your local Concur administrator.
