Revising a Purchase Order

I am trying to find out if you can revise a purchase order once a purchase order number has been assigned.  I need to add a shipping line and don't know if this is possible or if we have to start over with a new Request.

@pbur this is possible, but dependent on two things: 1. If the option to allow Purchase Request Owners to Edit their Own Purchase Orders is on and 2. If the fields in question are set to allow you to modify them. I would need to know which fields you are looking to edit. 

I did check and the option to allow purchase order owners to edit their own purchase orders is on, so I would need to check on the fields in question.

Thank you Kevin.  I appreciate your assistance with this.  I was looking for another Concur user and they did not have the Allow Purchase Order Owners to Edit Their Own Purchase Orders on, therefore did not have the option to Create a Change Order.   Thank you again for your assistance.
