Report that shows me every cost center registered for my business and every corresponding approver

Hi All

Is there a report that our SAP Admin can run to give us a full export of cost centers set up in Concur and associated CC approvers.

The team have only been able to provide me with screenshots - which AI is struggling to scrape accurately - ideally I need an excel export of the data.

Please check the below. Hope this helps.

There is no Standard Report that exports every cost center with its assigned approver.

Check:

1. Cost Centers: Ask your Concur Administrator to export the relevant organizational hierarchy
2. Approvers: Export the Employee/Approver assignments or workflow configuration
3. Excel: Match both datasets using the cost center code.

If approvers are determined dynamically through workflow rules, then Cost Center-to-approver export

will not exist.

Ask your SAP Concur Administrator or Support to confirm the available exports for your configuration.
