@Whiters Hello there. When you say "claim" you mean an expense claim? If so, your post would better be suited in the Concur Expense forum because we also have a product Concur Invoice, which is very different.
How many expenses were on your claim? Did you not provide any receipts at all?
We don't have a template for receipts. You'll need to take a picture of your receipt, save the image then attach it to the expense on the claim.
