Purchase Requests

Have an option within the system to stop users creating  copies of purchase requests. So they can only create new ones.

This is to easy to do with user clicking on the header bar of a purchase request ticket and duplicating order.

Hi @Keith77 ,

Regarding, your suggestion to add as an option to stop copy PR, I don't think so it will be considered as copy, edit, delete these are basic default options available in all modules like invoice, expense, request etc. and every user may need such options to reduce some repetitive steps.

However, lets mark Kevin here if you need any additional information/help regarding same. @KevinD

OR

if your query is answered then you can mark solution as accepted.

Thanks!

Hi @Keith77 ,

Unfortunately, there is no such settings available to remove copy option. This is default system design.

If this answers your query, then please mark solution as accepted.

Thanks!
