We have invoice that are not going out nor receive incoming because of this limitation

I agree with KevinD. Even I have never heard or seen such issue before in my invoice projects.

May I know whether you were able to receive or send invoices before? Here I'm assuming you are talking about invoice capture email send/receiving functionality. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

Also, would like to know whether your Concur Invoice configuration is already done and site is open for all employee for use OR it is currently in configuration build phase and during testing you faced this issue?
