Log of User Permissions / User Roles?

We need a log of User Permissions / User Role changes to satisfy audit requirements. There are various logs available in the Professional Version but none that seems to capture user permissions / user roles changes. Has anyone been successful in obtaining this type of log data?

@GBLIDEB you can use Cognos reporting to get such a report. In the Expense area of the data warehouse, use the Lists>Employee Role History folder. Here you can add the Employee Name, Role, Change Type, Employee Making Change - Name and Change Date/Time. This should give you what you are looking for. 

Hopefully you or someone at your company has Cognos experience. 🙂
