We're currently having a problem where one of our invoice approvers is not getting notified by email when there is an invoice awaiting their approval in the system. They have the below settings on which replicates someone elses (who does get the email notifications), and we're unsure why they do not get the email. They have checked junk/spam mail and nothing in there and also verified their email address so it is not making sense why they do not get an email to say there is an invoice awaiting their approval.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
