Invoice OCR highlighting text stopped working

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this.

The highlighting text where you can copy and paste to a field during the verification of an invoice has stopped working. The settings are English language which i saw had been an issue for someone else. But up until recently its stopped allowing users to use this function.

Any help is appreciated before i lodge a ticket with Concur

@MelGreaves I haven't seen any other mentions of this issue, so I think submitting the help ticket is the best way to go.
