Excel can't be export after new UI

After UI has been updated, I can't export invoices to excel. When I click send to excel, nothing is pop up. 

Does anyone had same issue and solved?

According to Concur Support, the issue has been reported by multiple clients and they are trying to resolve it.

Has anyone received an update on this?  It's not affecting everyone on my side just certain accounts.

I didn't receive any updates, but mine is working again.
