@lmarcelino unless our higher-ups change their minds, I don't see this happening. One main reason is that we are trying to be more aligned with all the other SAP offerings and how those products are navigated to keep a uniformed experience for users across all the products.

You still have the tiles where you can access Expense Reports and Available Expenses with one click from the home page. Most of the main functions in SAP Concur can be accessed by these home page tiles.

What is the resolution for this:

Agree, the new view absolutely sucks!! Who thought this was a good idea? Change it back. It is completely inefficient when you have to minimize the size multiple times to see the full screen of what you are trying to review and approve. Then the screen is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to see it. There would be no need to minimize the screen if there were a scroll bar to scroll through the content. Just horrible.

@cnavymetro2024 I can see a full screen and I don't need to zoom out. See below. I didn't do anything with any of my browser settings.

Hi Kevin,

I would love to know what type of computer you are using, monitor, and operating system. I say this because it is a problem for 5 of us admins at our company. We have to zoom out to 60% EACH TIME in order to see the Invoice information to input. Even with the sidebar collapsed. We have to do this for everything. It is causing serious issues. See below,. cannot see the entire invoice details when the zoom on Chrome is set to 100% and the sidebar collapsed. What you posted is only accurate for you and not for everyone using Concur.

This is an awful re-design.

Their "fix" was to add a horizontal scroll bar to the bottom of the screen. Prior to this "fix", I was able to use the CTRL button with my mouse's scroll wheel to zoom out and back in. This allowed both the text size to increase to 100% while also allowing the screen to readjust to have all info, buttons, images within the same screen.. all at 100%. Once they implemented the horizontal scroll bar, this mouse scroll wheel hack became broken.
