Bulk Invoice Uploading from a Spreadsheet

Hello, 

As a background, we process a large number of invoices that are essentially external expense reports. Expense report functionality does not fit our needs because the people we are reimbursing are not employed by us directly. Currently, I am manually duplicating an Excel file with all of the participants and their reimbursement amounts and using it as the invoice, which takes quite some time and is costly. Is there a way to bulk upload invoices from an excel spreadsheet? We need each line item to represent an invoice in Concur from the spreadsheet.

Your query is bit confusing for me as I am not able to understand whether it is related to Concur Invoice or Concur Expense module. However, I am attaching information for both.

If query is related Concur Invoice module, then it is feasible to upload bulk invoices in Excel/CSV format. Attaching screenshot for your reference purposes.

If query is related Concur Expense module, then technically it is not feasible to upload bulk invoices in Excel/CSV format. Attaching similar article screenshot for your reference purposes.

Concur Invoice: 

Addition to above response, after uploading invoice in excel format, system will not create separate invoice for each line item. Instead, it will be considered as one invoice with multiple line items. Attaching testing screenshot below:

If you want to create separate invoice for each line item, then you might need to create separate excel/CSV files containing single line item and upload.
