Audit rule help

I am trying to set up an audit rule where if a certain location is chosen, then only 1 department can be selected. Is there a sample rule that I could use to transform it into my instance?  Thanks

Hi @asundy ,

I hope you have added this question/post into correct forum and your question is related to Invoice module audit rule.

If my understanding is correct then, can you please provide me a screenshot where I can see which location field you are talking about and on which form it is currently available. After that I will be able to guide you.

Restricting department selection based on a specific location is feasible using an audit rule. However, in the Invoice module, I would like to understand where and how the location field is being used.

Thanks!

Yes, this is about the Invoice Module. I am not sure I am doing this correctly. We had a quick training on how to set this up but it is not really sticking for me. Here is a screenshot of what I have.

Hopefully, that is readable. I am trying to make it so there is a full stop if someone enters a departed besides Admin for the location Accounting.
