why suddenly we can't add Credit card to employees...

this is an issue that started today we can't add credit card to employee profiles following the process we use for years. I think this issue is related to the new change pushed to production. Anyone going through the same issue?

@kmorchid is this still an issue? The new theme shouldn't have any affect on adding a card to a user's profile.
