why expense type always not located?

My expense report cannot submit due to "All expense types must be fully allocated. "  I have all expense type selected from the drop down list but still got the same message.

Good Morning,

 

One of your expense types must require allocations.   If you go into the report under report details and click on the allocations, you will be able to see what is being allocated and what is missing.  The allocations have to be 100% allocated.

I check and re-select from the drop down list for each item.  But when I tried to submit the claim, all items are flag to have the same message as stated.  The original clear allocation expense items are all flag back again.

There could be something wrong with the allocations configuration or system.  usually there is an audit rule to ensure expenses are fully allocated.  I would have your admin open a case
