why concur application is not user friendly .. ?

Hello All,

I feel Concur expense interface can be improved to make it easy for the associates to raise claims. There could be drop down to choose the claim Category, Render the interface as per the claim type , Fill the required details (Allow atleast 255 chars to write the reason/justification), Attach the required document and Submit the claim.

@okayramesh all of what you said can be configured in SAP Concur. So, this question should really be asked to your company's internal SAP Concur Site Administrators.
