@albatros I'm speculating here, but it sounds like based on the location in your SAP Concur profile, your company is not allowing you to submit reports for some reason. I recommend speaking with your direct manager. Seems like your company would have provided some sort of announcement about this, but hopefully your manager will have some insight.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

Your are right.

I was mistakenly submitting  the region where the expense was done.

The main difference is the amount of TAX, that changes based on the geographic location.

I set the right TAX amount and then allowed me to go ahead and submit
