@MsMae if the user reserved this on their corporate card, then they should not do anything with this entry yet. Once they pay for whatever this is, a corporate card transaction will come into their Available Expenses and match to this reservation item. It will take about 3 business days for the transaction to come in, so tell the user they will need to wait a few days after they pay for this reservation item.
