regarding cash payment reimbursement process.

I have submitted prescription glasses cash payment reimbursement and car mileage usage for business travel and those were approved. However, I am not getting any payment. 

How lone does it take? Am I missing some processes that I need to do? It has been approved Feb 2022 and July 2022 and then the Credit card uses were payed and I have been just waiting to receive the cash payment reimbursement part.
