receipts@concur.com

Hi, 

 

Any idea why receipts sent to receipts@concur.com don't get send through in a productive environment ?

Receipts have correct format and users have checked their e-mail addresses. 

 

Is the mail supposed to be completely blank (no e-mail signature).

Have the user verfied their email address? 

 

This can be done under: 

 

Profile settings --> Email Addresses --> Verify
