receipts@concur.com mailbox full

When emailing my expense this morning to receipts@concur.com, I get a rejection message telling me this mailbox is full.

 

How do the Concur travel find this out and resolve the problem? I know today is a US holiday

I was able to send receipts by email today so it seems to be working again. thank you
