"Personal Funds Pay Me" charge won't go away -- HE...

I've been struggling to delete or process a charge in my account but it won't go away so I'm asking for help and I appreciate any assistance this group can render! It's definitely not a personal charge, it was a routine airline ticket on my corporate MasterCard and I need to clear it from my account. Thank you, please help!
