How long does it usually take to get paid back. It has been a week since it got approved and shows processed for payment since last Thursday.  This was the first time I used this and just want to make sure everything is correct

You should check internally with your accounting/finance department. At our firm, it typically takes 2 weeks from final approval to be reimbursed, but it will be different everywhere. If you can't get ahold of someone on the finance department, I would even just check with someone else on your team who has already submitted expenses for reimbursement to hear their experience.
