Hi there. Has anyone had trouble with the Concur system seeing the QB vendors set up a day or two before? I'm trying to add a new user and it doesn't see her Quickbook Vendor in the dropdown. I've tried deleting and setting her up again. No success. Suggestions?
since we are unable to see your system settings directly or perform some tests, I would suggest to contact your Concur system support related to travel. I never incurred the problem you are facing and maybe is just a link working properly between the systems. Please advise if you got a solution in the meantime. Thank you.
