new user - only travel related tabs

Hello Team,

can someone pls help.

We have a new colleague who cannot log her mobile phone purchase as she only has travel related tabs, and no Quick Task Bar either to start a new expense. 

Any guide or contact how to sort out her settings or setup?

@Smaddy is the user still having the issue? It is possible that the Expense user permission wasn't assigned to the user. Without knowing your company name or the user in question, I won't be able to assist you.

If you could send me a private message here on the Community with your full company name and the first and last name of the user, I can go in and take a look.
