my expenses are not appearing on the concur

I haven't used concur in a while.  Created trip in Concor a month ago, in the past expenses showed up after the trip is completed. Trip was completed and everything went as planned. But it has been weeks and nothing has shown up in Concur

@mhoffnagle your company credit card has not been assigned to you in the SAP Concur system. I can see it as Unassigned. That's why the transactions are not appearing. I'll send you a private message with two names to contact.

I have similar situation but only for some of the expenses. How long does it take the information about expense to flow from Amex to Concur?
