@mikki_1981 unless your company has specifically put a rule in place, you can start submitting on day one. You must have an SAP Concur profile created, so if one wasn't created for you on your on or before your start date, you might not be able to submit. However, as soon as your profile was or is created, you can submit. I would suggest speaking with your direct manager though to make sure you have approval to start submitting.
