importing attendees

upon uploading the attendees import spreadsheet,  the list of names do  populate. however when i click "next" to complete the import, it just "clocks" and doesnt finalize the import...it appears to just be stuck in this mode (see pic)

I got this error when I tried to load a attende type that doesn't support the expense type.
