Did your company block the card or did the credit card company block it? Also, do you have an idea of why it is being blocked? 

I know this next question will sound like a "duh" type question, but you are referring to a corporate credit card your company assigned to you, correct?

that the company blocked the card, due to unjustified three divisions, but I justified the costs and in no way to unblock it

@Marko so, you are going to have to work with your company to get the card unblocked. We here at SAP Concur do not have the access or the permission to unblock a card. You will need to reach out to your company's SAP Concur site administrator and work with them, as they will be the only one able to unblock the card. Most likely, they will have to make the request to the card issuer.
