how do i add multiple staff to an expense report

I have an expense report that I need to add 35 staff members too.

@WD to better help you, which interface are you using as we currently have two interfaces in use? If you send me a small snippet of your screen, I will know and then can better direct you on how to find the staff members.

 

One question...are all these staff members SAP Concur users?
