pls can some one advise how can my manager change her expense approver who is on sabbatical

@a-anmac managers must be changed by your company's internal SAP Concur site administrator. I tried looking up who this is, but I couldn't find anyone. Usually people in Finance or IT are site administrators.

If the manager is reachable, you can have them set a delegate in their profile for a temporary period.  The site Concur admin could do this as well.
