got a link for an expense done with credit card, not working

When entering concur the link is empty, so i still have an alert on the expense and i cannot submit. what can i do?

would it be possible that the email notification is older than something you have already done in Concur on the meantime? this would reflect with the reason now you don't see anything to do on the system now. Or send some screen shot of the issue. Thanks
