expense report- age limit exceed

I am trying to submit my expense report. I have submitted earlier receipts that are still pending approval from weeks ago. My expense report for the picture above as every transaction that has occurred on my company card. It is not letting me submit my expense report because my transactions that exceed the age limit allowed by your company policy. I work for coyote logistics. Can anyone help with this?

this is something specific to internal policy with your Company and it would be better if you contact directly your Concur Administrator or who is in charge. It was created a rule that after a certain number of days employees were not able to submit expenses. Please check internally in order to clarify how to proceed.
