@subhashjavvadi are you asking about exchange rates for Cash Advances you will be submitting or cash advances you will be issuing to employees?
Exchange rates in SAP Concur come from Oanda unless your company is uploading their own rates. Even so, the rates are automatically applied to amounts you enter on a cash advance, so I'm not sure you can manually change the rate.
