entered wrong month for phone expense and approved past three months i.e 12/1 for November

@mslane can you tell me what the current status of this expense report is, please? 

Also, your manager approved it, but then said you need to fix it? Managers cannot approve a report then have you fix it, the system doesn't work that way. Did your manager send it back to you?
