direct deposit into checking account

To whom it may concern,

I need help with having my reimbursement deposited into my checking account.

I have all of the account information entered into the banking information section.

I have not received any direct deposits, just paper checks.

Please advise.

@scottbelinn from what I can see in your company's site, they do not have the direct deposit through SAP Concur set up for U.S. employees. It is strange that the option to enter your bank details was even available.

 

I suggest speaking with your direct manager or someone in your finance department if you are curious about this, but from what I can see, your company isn't using our Expense Pay feature for their U.S. employees.

If my company does offer direct deposit, where do I go to enter my bank information?
