create a query on pending manager approval for more than 10 days

Hello to all

I have created in the past multiple queries in Concur. Now these queries do not work and i am trying to understand why.

I wanted to create a query that allowed me to have info on how many reports are pending manager approval for more than 10 days.

I created the following query:

In the past the operation column did not exist ..so i am assuming that the fact that it is not running is that now i need to change the premises. i have tried multiple combinations without success

The error displayed when i run it is:

if anyone could help me i would appreciate it

thank you

NM

Kind regards

Nuno Miguel

@NRSM that extra column does confuse things a bit. Delete the second condition and start that one over. Just enter 10 where you currently have the number 1 and then don't do anything else. Well, you should then save it. 🙂

That should do it. Try it and let me know how it works.

Thank you,
Kevin

Hello @NRSM

I have a query like yours and it gives me the same error.

I have tried other "Operators" and the query works for me.

I get the impression that there is a bug for the "*Within Today*" operators.

I just opened a case in Support Contact website.

Hello cjmarino,

i will open a case to Concur support team as well to try to clarify the query situation ... but i believe that you are right none of my queries work with the operators you mentioned.

Kind regards

@NRSM I see. That is a system error and isn't an indication that your query is incorrect. 🙂
