contact details to Concur SAP needed

Getting emails titled 'outstanding credit card transactions' - the invoices are not real, only used for Concur training materials. The invoices are not even in my Concur history - I'm confused why I'm getting this, there is no connection with me.

@1982 it is possible that a test card was created for training purposes and assigned to a test user, but someone added your email address to the test user account. Could you take a screenshot of the email notice you received, please?
