company car mileage- odometer setting

I have few questions regarding odometer field in Concur:

1. Is it possible to have odometer fields invisible/ not active?

2. Can be odometer zeroed once a year on appointed date?

3. Can be the filed name changed? Instead odometer start/end to have business mileage start/stop?
