claiming for expenses

hi

not done before so could you please help, I need to on a regular basis claim back money that I use from my personal monies for coffee tea milk etc, how do I access the claim form and how is paid back to me, and also a colleague needs to claim back monies again from their pocket to fuel a customers car when the fuel card was not available? could you please point me in the right direction where to find etc.

I would recommend checking the home screen on your Concur site to find contact information for your company's Concur administrator. If there is no information there, I suggest starting with IT or Finance to find the correct contact. Best,
