@airazabal pending items appear a couple of days before the actual card transaction. In these cases I tell the user to give it another day or two for the card transaction to appear. Card transactions take on average three business days to appear in SAP Concur.
So, since this was a couple of days ago, is it still pending or did the card transaction match to the pending item?
